We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our team.

Working closely with the Account Manager you will coordinate all aspects of sales operations.
The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter and a team player who thrives in a busy environment and like to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full sales cycle handling inbound calls and online sales enquiries, preparing quotes, procuring products, scheduling service technicians and organising and following up on shipments to clients.
- Oversee data entry, database management and maintenance of all sales related data into the CRM.
- Provide support to our Sales representatives with their day to day duties including preparation of sales reports and diary management.
- Coordination and follow up all open sales orders.
- Warehousing duties including taking deliveries, managing stock levels, shipping orders, scheduling couriers and maintaining the general cleanliness of the warehouse.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely detail focused with a keen attention to accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure within strict deadlines.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Some experience in using Microsoft Office and CRM databases.
- Must be an Australian Resident.
