Shipping & Handling
1. Standard Freight: Used for sensitive goods up to 30kg per item that can be handled by one person. All online purchases are shipped with standard freight.
Heavy or bulky items require a forklift on-site. If you do not have a forklift contact us to organise these services:
2. Tailgate Freight: Used for sensitive goods over 30kg per item such as pallets skids or larger items that can be handled by one person with tailgate or other lifting equipment assistance.
3. Site-to-Site Freight: Provides vehicles with hydraulic tailgates a crew of two or more people unpacking and positioning on-site.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Powerfirm aims to ship items within 2 business day of receipt of payment.
All deliveries from Powerfirm will be within business hours, 9am to 5pm, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Estimated delivery time is normally 1- 7 business days depending on your location and stock availability.
Any delivery or dispatch times advised are estimates only and Powerfirm shall not be liable for failure to meet such times nor shall the customer be entitled to reject the goods or to treat the contract as repudiated in the event of any such failure. Powerfirm must be notified of any alleged non-delivery, short delivery or damage to the goods forthwith and failure to give such notice shall mean that the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted/delivered and the customer shall be bound to pay accordingly.
Authority to Leave (Unattended Delivery)
By selecting "Unattended Delivery" in the cart process the customer is authorising the courier the authority to leave the consignment at the address provided to Powerfirm.
The liabilities below will fall on the authorising party:

Does Powerfirm ship to PO Boxes?
The website's standard couriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
If you require a PO Box delivery, contact our Sales Team to organise a quote for a PO Box delivery using Star Track Express. Costs for PO Box deliveries may differ from site aggregated costs..
Where is the pick up address?
Orders can be collected from our Belrose Head Office in Sydney, NSW. The normal order processing times apply. Our Sales Team will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
If you would like to collect your order in another state please contact us as we may be able to make other arrangements.
I need my order urgently!
Powerfirm understands the urgency of orders and will endeavour to have your items delivered as soon as possible. If your order is urgent, please notify our sales team on 1300 369 694.
I missed the delivery...?
In the event that Powerfirm delivers goods to you and you are not available to receive the goods, Powerfirm reserves the right to charge additional fees for all costs incurred as a result of having to deliver the goods on another day suitable to you and to Powerfirm.
Can I arrange my own freight?
Yes. At checkout please choose “Pickup” as the delivery option and provide your freight account number and courier contact details and we will organise the collection. Please contact us to book a time to collect the items from our warehouse.
Goods were damaged upon arrival
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods prior to accepting delivery. If the goods are visibly damaged when the courier delivers them to you – please reject the delivery. Once you have signed for the package you are accepting the parcel in its damaged condition. Powerfirm cannot offer any assistance once you have signed and received a damaged product. Please contact us immediately when rejecting delivery.
A Powerfirm representative will contact you and notify you of an estimated time of arrival in the event that an item is out of stock. You may cancel your order once notified of the backorder or discuss alternate products to suit your requirements. Any variation in price will be invoiced to the customer.
